SWIM:  New Town Long Course is a .62 mile swim in the New Town Lake.  The Swim will be a time trial start based upon your swim ability.  The Elite Category will be a wave start. The Newtown Sprint Course is a .3 mile swim in the New Town Lake.

The New Town Long Bike Course: This 20 mile route is flat, fast and perfect for a PR. Feel free to get aero….or not.

The New Town Sprint Bike Course:

RUN: 4 mile (Long) or 2 mike (Sprint) flat and fast course all within New Town proper. Long course athletes will complete two laps, while Sprint Course athletes will complete one. Each lap will have two aid stations stocked with Hammer sport drink products as well as high quality H2O aka water- just for YOU … of course.
